This year we will, as in the past, keep improving our roads and adding more red select. We will watch over our trees for any mistletoe or signs of the dreaded Bark Beetle. We have lost, for now, the area by the pump house to pile our slash and needles, so that means we have no option but to hall our slash back to the pit. We are still working with the Fire Chief to continue what we had, but budget money is the big problem with them. Another project we are working on is to have an electric gate. We are in the bid stage at this time. The board is in favor of a new gate but more study is required.

Please, if you are planning "any" changes to the exterior of you cabin or property, submit the proper paperwork and approval PRIOR to proceeding with your project.

We are looking forward to our May and October workdays, along with our great barbecue and our friendly group meetings. No long speeches from me, everyone knows what our rules are, so please make life easy for the board. Feel free to call me with any questions or concerns you may have.
