Hellsgate Form
Fill out Hellsgate Fuel Reduction Grant Volunteer Form anytime you remove Hazardous Fuel from your TDII cabin/lot. (Essentially all slash as well as trees) The way the form is laid out you can log numerous clean up activities prior to sending the form into our Road Chairman, Jerry Smith. Don’t forget to include the hours you worked, as this is the information used to calculate our future grant monies.
